to ACF EP Central, a website designed to help New York City’s Adult Care Facilities plan and prepare for disasters by the Brookdale Center for Healthy Aging and Longevity and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Healthcare Emergency Preparedness Program’s Adult Care Facilities Emergency Preparedness Programs .

ACF EP Central is your link to emergency preparedness information and resources that can keep you informed and aware before, during and after a disaster from street closings and power outages to flooding from storms.


Here, you will also find links to emergency preparedness training and resources to help your facility, residents, and families be ready for all kinds of emergencies. You can also find maps of your borough and neighborhood and the locations of local ACFs and hospitals.
